A Site Supervisor carries out the works and guarantees the sound daily management of the worksite in compliance with the budget, timeframe, safety and quality.

His missions are as follows:

• Organize, prepare and plan the projects at the client’s site
• Supervise and be able to motivate his team
• Be the first point of contact for the client, the project management and the suppliers
• Know how to set the good example on the safety front and make sure that his contractors can carry out their work in a safe environment
